The Beachfront House at Casuarina Bay emerges organically from its surroundings, cleverly designed to embrace the island’s untamed splendor. Perched just 50 feet from our exquisite beach, this cedar sanctuary captures nature’s artwork through every window—offering mesmerizing panoramas that change with the day’s rhythm. This lovingly crafted cedar home welcomes six guests across three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms (featuring a king, queen, and twin beds convertible to king), each designed to capture cross-ventilation and equipped with ceiling fans. Two bathrooms, open living and dining spaces, and a kitchen that extends both indoors and outdoors honor the island tradition of living in harmony with nature.
The expansive decks extend from three sides of the Beachfront House, capturing spectacular views in all directions and exquisite birdlife. From the eastern deck, gaze across the Atlantic’s shifting blue waters that stretch to the horizon, where the morning sun casts golden ripples across the surface. As the day progresses, move to the western deck where comfortable loungers await, perfectly positioned to witness the Caribbean sunset transform the sky from soft peach to vibrant orange and deep purple. There is a table for al-fresco dining with incredible views to the ocean. As darkness falls, the celestial canopy reveals itself with breathtaking clarity—stars and moonlight dancing on water without city glow to dim their brilliance. An outdoor sitting area, shaded by a bougainvillea-covered pergola, provides the ideal spot to take in the surrounding beauty. The gentle rhythm of waves provides a soothing soundtrack to these daily spectacles, while the cooling trade winds rustle through the surrounding palms, ensuring comfort even in the warmth of summer afternoons.

Low season (mid-Aug through September) $3465 per week or $485 per day.
High season (all dates not low or peak) $5950 per week or $850 per day.
Peak season (Christmas/New Year/thanksgiving, Feb and March) $6650 per week or $950 per day.

Such a phenomenal beach home. Living space large enough for 5 adults on my trip. We never felt on top of each other. Full kitchen to prepare any meal. Immediate access to beach literally steps away. Kayaks and snorkeling gear on site as well as paddle boards. Beach is clean, has soft sand, clear blue waters. Just loved it. More than we expected but exactly what we hoped for. (Kelly B)
Wonderful stay. Our hostess was very gracious and attentive to the details of a wonderful beach getaway. Couldn’t find a better location on the island (nestled between two of the most distinct and enjoyable beaches on the island). The home had all the amenities to allow us to relax, albeit having so much outdoor living space and wonderful breezes limited indoor times to a minimum. We truly enjoyed the cabana by the beach which always stayed shady and captured the cool ocean breeze despit the heat of the day. Lucked out with clear skies and a full moon! Amazing. Recommend the vacation to all who are looking for a peaceful break from daily life where worries drift away. (Jeff S)
We had a fabulous stay at this lovely home, on this beautiful island, with a wonderful host! The house is simply terrific with lovely views of the ocean…we fell asleep to the waves lapping upon the shore. (Susan)
This is an extraordinary tropical home like none other we have experienced. The artwork, the architecture, like something out of a book. Swiss Family Robinson goes to the Bahamas! There can be no better locale, perched in paradise, overlooking the best beaches anywhere, pink sand and all–and all to ourselves! A secret hideaway from the civilized world, complete with internet (but why use it?). Please don’t tell anyone about this Paradise Found. (Galen)
The location of this beach house is absolutely ideal. The view from every room is breathtaking a truly never stopped impressing. The house has great energy!!! Owner and Taja are wonderful and personable. Will be back for sure! (Nikki)
