This creates a tranquil atmosphere which is ideal for people who want to experience their connection with Nature.

These handcrafted beachfront houses were designed and built with loving attention to detail. The prevailing south-easterly offshore breezes flow consistently through the houses and rooms have spectacular ocean views, as well as views over the verdant green hills and the tropical gardens to the west. Imagine waking to the gentle sounds of the sea caressing the shore, the wind rustling through the palms.

The enchanting Round House with its striking hexagonal design and high open ceiling, features eight soaring 9 foot tall arches that welcome ocean breezes from every direction. Step onto the 360-degree wraparound deck or the outdoor shower to witness the sun painting the horizon in gold and crimson. This spacious yet intimate home comfortably accommodates two adults, with a wonderful loft - an ideal hideaway for up to three children.

The extraordinary Beachfront House offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, indoor and alfresco dining and extensive decks on two levels. Here, the Atlantic's majesty greets you each morning, while evenings bring spectacular Caribbean sunsets that transform the sky into an artist's canvas of fiery hues. This spacious sanctuary welcomes up to six guests.

For couples, our one bedroom Sunset and Seahorse Apartments, situated on the east and west of the ground level of the Beachfront House, offer the same magical experience in more intimate settings—each welcoming two adult guests (with the Sunset Apartment having additional space for a third guest).

Between the gentle rhythm of waves and the soft rustling of coconut palms, you'll find yourself surrendering to island time—where worries dissolve with each sunset and the simple pleasures of beach walks, swimming, stargazing, and conversations on the deck are the luxury and magic of Eleuthera.

Just a brief 45-minute flight from Florida's coast or a 20-minute hop from Nassau brings you to this unspoiled paradise. Our exclusive estate spans the whole width of the island from Atlantic beaches to Caribbean waters, positioned just 1.5 miles northeast of Governors Harbour—a charming settlement whose colorful cottages and meandering lanes reveal over 300 years of Bahamian history, making it one of the archipelago's oldest and most charming villages. Here, local fishermen still bring their daily catch to the town dock, and Friday's sunset fish fry gathers locals and visitors alike for fresh seafood, rhythmic music, and authentic island hospitality.

Enjoy yoga or your exercise routine in the screened-in sanctuary to the calming sound of the breeze in the Casuarinas trees. Leave your stress and worries behind. The island’s two best beaches are on either side of Casuarina Bay: a 5 minute walk to the south is the world famous pink-sand French Leave Beach. Walk seven minutes north to the exquisite Twin Coves, and stroll across the pristine sand spit to Bluff Cay.

You may choose to go snorkelling directly in front of your accommodation or spear your own fish or lobster. Cook it up on the beachfront barbecue along with fresh local organic vegetables, peas and rice or Bahamian mac and cheese.

As the day begins to draw to close, consider a stroll along the pink sand beach directly below your cabana. Or perhaps indulge in a juicy mango sitting on the shoreline or a cocktail in the turquoise sea.
